![]() ![]() Bravo,” and GameTryant gave it a full 10/10 score, saying, “This headset truly lives up to the title of King.”ĭesigned for Xbox and PlayStation versions of Stealth Pro are available at and participating retailers for $329.99 (€329.99 | £279.99) MSRP. GamesRadar gave the Stealth Pro a 5/5 review score and Editor’s Choice Award, calling it, “A masterpiece of an all-in-one, multi-purpose gaming headset,” while IGN scored it 9/10 and said Stealth Pro, “is one of the best gaming headsets you can buy,” and that it produced, “Some of the best sonics Turtle Beach has ever delivered.” Additionally, Windows Central scored Stealth Pro a 5/5 plus the publication’s The Best Award and said, “Simply put, Turtle Beach has confidently usurped the best Xbox headset crown with the Stealth Pro. The coronation of the new king of gaming headsets has begun, with critical acclaim already mounting for the Stealth Pro’s top-rated audio quality, best-in-class active noise-cancellation, and wealth of ultra-premium features for gaming on Xbox, PlayStation, Windows PCs, Mac, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. You've found it.Īs the headset sits today, we have it a very solid 9, but with the adjustments made for chat / game mix, which we are promised is right around the corner, hopefully before the headset releases on April 23, this is a clear 10, and is the reason we have set that as our grade on this review.WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.-( BUSINESS WIRE)-Leading gaming accessory maker Turtle Beach Corporation (Nasdaq: HEAR) today announced its new flagship wireless multiplatform gaming headset – the Turtle Beach ® Stealth ™ Pro – is now available globally. If you are looking for the best gaming headset on the market, and price doesn't matter, you can now stop searching. The one thing that could have made it better is if it came with a headset stand, but that's being picky. This is from now on my main headset, and it will take a lot to take it down from that throne. With an MSRP at £329.99 it is on the expensive end of gaming headsets, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. This lets you avoid missing important calls while you're in an intense gaming session, for instance.Īll-in-all, the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro is a premium headset with premium quality, for a premium price. Like most other headsets nowadays, you are able to connect two sources at once, as long as one of them is connected via Bluetooth. This proves to me how good the sound quality of this headset is. My friend had no chance of hearing this himself. In several cases I had to tell my teammate, who strangely was still alive, that there was an enemy nearby and I was able to pinpoint if he is above, under or on his side. One night I was playing Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 with some friends, and as per usual I was the first one to take on the spectator role. It is the game audio it all comes down to in the end though. The sound is clear, and with all the various settings available in the impressive software (also available as an app on mobile), you can really customise the sound exactly to how you want it. We have been spoiled by the sound of the A50s and SteelSeries' Arctis Nova Pro, but Stealth Pro is more than ready to keep up with these two, and then some. Turtle Beach has always had focus on gaming with their headsets, but with Stealth Pro they wanted to take it a step further, and music and movies sounds better than ever. As an extra feature, the charging station has a USB port to charge other devices like your phone, if needed. If you are real unlucky and out of power on both batteries, 15 short minutes gives you 2-3 hours of extra battery time, but I don't see it as a possible scenario needed, unless out and about. Should you for some reason forget to swap them, it is very easy to do so on the go with the battery placed easily behind a magnetic cover on the left ear cup. Each battery has a capacity of 12 hours, and this makes it so that I always have power as long as I remember to switch batteries after a long session. ![]() ![]() The fact that this headset comes with two batteries is probably my favourite feature. In the package is the headset itself, a charging station for the battery that also works as a wireless receiver, the mic boom arm, two batteries, two USB-C cables and a little carrying pouch for when you're on the road. The only thing it does is make me feel that this is a product that can 'take a punch', if needed. With its 50mm Nanoclear-drivers the headset weighs a bit more than Astro A50s, but after several sessions lasting 7-10 hours, I have yet to see it as a problem. The first thing that hits me as I open the package and hold the headset is that the build quality seems superb. ![]()
